Adam Weiss
Adam is a Partner at Audax Private Debt, overseeing the unitranche and junior debt investment teams. He is responsible for originating and executing new investments and monitoring portfolio companies. Adam is also a member of the credit committee for originated investments. Prior to joining Audax in 2004, Adam was an investment banking Financial Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets in the Media & Telecommunications group. Adam received a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Michigan.
Alon Krashinsky
Alon is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over two decades of experience launching and scaling businesses. He joined Accretive in New York in 2004, where he began his career in company building, and later led the Emerging Initiatives platform at Francisco Partners starting in 2014. Alon is the Founder and CEO of Healthcare Foundry where he focuses on the launch of technology enabled healthcare companies. Across his career, Alon has co-founded or played a meaningful role in the launch of 11 companies. He began his professional career at McKinsey & Company. Alon holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Dan Katz
Dan spent the first 15 years of his career specializing in lower mid-market private equity investing at Tailwind Capital in New York and H.I.G. Capital’s middle-market fund in Miami. During this time, he focused on "buy and build" strategies, working closely with his portfolio companies to drive operational growth. In 2017, Dan co-founded Plum Dental Group, where he currently serves as CEO. Under his leadership, Plum has grown from five initial practices in Rhode Island to one of the largest dental groups in New England. Through more than 40 transactions, Dan has scaled the business sevenfold without requiring outside investment capital. Dan holds a BS from Cornell University, magna cum laude, and an MBA with Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.
Kevin Meyers
Kevin Meyers is the Managing Partner of First Haven Capital and Co-Founder of its affiliate Turtle Creek Investment Advisors. His responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities and portfolio monitoring. Prior to founding First Haven and Turtle Creek, Kevin worked at Caxton-Iseman Capital (now “CI Capital”), a middle market private equity firm based in New York where he initiated, evaluated, and structured private equity transactions and participated in the monitoring and expansion of portfolio companies. Kevin started his career as an investment banker in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Jared Kaplan
Jared is Co-Founder and CEO of Indigo, an insurtech platform backed by private equity firm Rubicon Founders. Previously, he served as CEO of Cadre, a fintech real estate marketplace, and OppFi (NYSE: OPFI), a fintech platform focused on expanding access to credit for everyday consumers. Earlier in his career, Jared was a Co-Founder and EVP of Insureon, a small business insurance provider, and an investor at private equity firm Accretive LLC. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Jared holds a BBA from the University of Michigan.
