Logan G. Powell is an Executive Sponsor focused on Entertainment & Lifestyle Experiences for Palingenix Equity. 

Throughout his career, Logan has served as a hands-on executive, investor, and board leader with deep experience spanning high-growth multi-unit operating businesses, family offices, private equity, and corporate governance.

From 2019 to 2025, Logan served as CEO, CFO, and Board Member of Puttshack International Holdings, a tech-enabled, private equity-backed social entertainment company operating across the U.S. and U.K. During his tenure, he helped scale the business from one location to 20. He also oversaw complex cross-border financial and legal structuring, U.S. expansion strategy, and large-scale operational improvements across a global workforce.

Prior to Puttshack, Logan was a Partner and COO at Copper Beech Capital, where he co-managed a single-family office with exposure to multi-unit experiential and consumer businesses.

In addition to his operating and investment roles, Logan currently serves as Executive Chairman of ARENA and as an investor and advisor to BeatBox, where he supports capital raising, site selection, and business strategy for next-generation social entertainment concepts.

Logan earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a B.S. in Finance & Economics (cum laude) from Lipscomb University, where he attended on a full academic and baseball scholarship.
